Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to a homogeneous dough. Tip: With ice-cold water it becomes particularly crispy and crunchy. To do this, add a few ice cubes to the water beforehand.
  2. Wash vegetables, meat or fish to taste, pat dry and then pull through the tempura batter.
  3. Fry at approx. 170 ° C in SENNA Top or other high-quality deep-frying fat / oil.
  4. Take out and enjoy hot. Try soy sauce with it.
  5. Wonderful as a side dish, snack or starter.
